Derek D. DuBois, MD is an entrepreneur and executive with experience ranging from building startups and health analytics businesses to partnership at McKinsey & Company and Accenture.

Derek is the Co-Founder and President of DOC (DOCjobs.com), the premier recruiting site for doctors and scientists pursuing innovative careers.  He built DOC from a local networking group into a 43,000 member community and recruiting platform that is used by over 1,000 top healthcare employers including investment banks, VC and PE funds, management consulting firms, biopharmaceutical companies, healthcare IT and startup companies, and many others.

At McKinsey, Derek was a partner and founded McKinsey Advanced Healthcare Analytics, which developed advanced analytics combining actuarial and consumer marketing techniques to model customer lifetime value.

At Accenture, he led the development of proprietary predictive and machine learning analytics for risk and risk adjustment.

As a consultant, he has worked with clients and issues across the spectrum of pharma, payers, and providers.

Derek earned his MD at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and trained in internal medicine at NYU.

Outside of work, he is a passionate outdoorsman, cook, husband, and father.
